Key Responsibilities
- Develop B2B, Export & Bulk business for agrochemical products
- Identify and onboard institutional buyers, formulators & international distributors
- Handle price negotiations and commercial discussions
- Achieve sales, collection & profitability targets
- Build strong customer relationships and manage key accounts
- Coordinate with production, logistics, QA/QC & finance teams
- Manage export documentation, Incoterms & payment terms
Desired Skills
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation & business development skills
- Good understanding of agrochemical markets, products & customer segments
- Ability to develop distributor/dealer networks and manage key accounts
- Commercially focused with strong market analysis & profitability mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation & customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of CRM, sales forecasting, MIS reporting & contract handling
- Result-oriented, process-driven approach with willingness to travel domestically & internationally
