JD - NAD Team
Manage day-to-day operational and backend activities supporting CarDekho’s business functions
Handle customer and client escalations with empathy, ownership, and timely resolution
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of processes
Maintain accurate data and updates using CRM and ticketing platforms
Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, SLAs, and operational guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Working knowledge of CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive attitude with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Additional Details
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
