Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive role based in Rudrapur. The Senior Executive will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and work collaboratively to optimize production processes. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing key projects, and supporting business growth objectives. The Senior Executive will also contribute to quality management and the development and implementation of process improvements to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operations management, process optimization, and overall workflow supervision
- Experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to GMP standards
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Understanding of API and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, along with knowledge of international regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in manufacturing or quality assurance roles
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
