Job Title: Senior Executive - IT Network and Infrastructure
• Minimum Qualification: BTech / B.E Experience to handle Configuration Management
• Job Location: Kalina, Mumbai
• Required Experience: 3 years.
• Domain: Information Technology ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Network Administration and
Operation Management:
• Support the network infrastructure and security related projects.
• Assist to ensure availability of all network and infrastructure systems 24X7 and that all service levels are met or exceeded.
• Assist and manage network equipment and connectivity issues.
• Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network assets and infrastructure housed in a data center and various locations.
• Manage and ensure the effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, network monitoring solutions, VPN etc.
• Perform network appliances hardening, backups and restorations.
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting of network related malfunctions then provide recommendations, perform restoration operation as well as implement corrective solutions.
• Supervise and facilitate external vendors to perform the necessary network related work in the company’s network environment.
• Review & report on the security and compliance status of company's network.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures. • (SOP) for network administration, usage, monitoring, incident management and disaster recovery. • Assist in the network asset lifecycle planning and inventory management.
• Coordinate with the telecom providers for link delivery as per timelines committed and link acceptance related proofs before adding to the enterprise NMS system.
• Manage vendors as required to support the network infrastructure.
• Perform ad hoc duties related to IT operations, security, and systems management as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Possesses at least a Diploma Certificate
• 3 to 4 years working experience dealing with network infrastructure and cyber security.
• A team player who works well with others
• An honest and responsible person
• Proficient in network and security technology and terminology (SSLVPN, IPSEC, VLAN etc.)
• Ability to diagnose WAN/LAN network devices such as routers, switches, firewall, VPN and ACL
• Knowledge and experience with Fortinet firewall, Cisco/HP Routers, Switches and Wireless technology
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent level in networking.
• Deep Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, ADFS, SNMP, NTP
• Knowledge of cloud platforms Azure and AWS.
