- Carry Out Warranty resolution activities on day-to-day basis.
- Spares order booking & despatch coordination
- Handling of insurance cases & closure
- Attending site visit with ASC’s/Dealer persons/BO/ZO to resolve & satisfy the customer.
- Site support for Solar pumping systems to ASC/Dealers network.
- Repairing activity for call back Solar Controllers, Pumps, Motors and Other Electrical parts
- Reducing number of complaints & warranty claims.
- Development of ASC (Authorized Service Centres)
