We are a creative agency specialising in advertising and corporate & investor communications based out of Delhi. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and results-driven sales & business development professional in the field of advertising, media, and communication industry. This role of senior executive/assistant manager is to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and demonstrable sales efforts measurable in numbers. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in corporate sales, B2B sales, sales management, and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
- Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and digital sales channels to pitch services to new and existing clients
- Develop and deliver sales and solution presentations to prospective clients to secure new business associations
- Conduct commercial and value negotiations with prospective clients to maximize sales outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs and ensure post-sales satisfaction for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities through research and market insights
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, commitment, and ownership during all client interactions
- Prepare timely and systematic sales reports to support effective data-driven sales strategies
