Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Executive – R&D specializing in semi-solid cosmetic formulations. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, stable, and compliant products such as creams, gels, ointments, and lotions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize semi-solid cosmetic formulations
- Conduct product development trials and scale-up
- Perform stability studies
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Raw material evaluation and compatibility studies
- Tech transfer to manufacturing
- Coordinate with production, QA, and marketing
- Cost optimization and product improvement
- Support new product development (NPD)
- Semi-solid formulation expertise
- Product development & scale-up
- Stability study & documentation
- Regulatory knowledge
- Problem-solving & analytical skills
-Polymer Rheology
Required Qualifications:- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Cosmetics / Pharmaceutics)
- 6–12 years experience in cosmetic/pharma R&D
- Knowledge of emulsions, rheology, formulation techniques
- Experience in lab-scale and pilot-scale batches
Preferred Candidate:- Experience in Pharma care industry mandatory
