About the Company
The Strategic Executive Assistant & Analyst role combines high-level executive support with strategic and analytical responsibilities. The role requires managing executive priorities, supporting decision-making through data-driven insights, and ensuring seamless coordination across administrative, personal, and business functions. The incumbent will act as a key enabler for leadership by driving efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Administrative Management
- Calendar Management
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings and priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, avoiding conflicts and optimizing time utilization.
- Send timely reminders and ensure preparedness for all scheduled engagements.
- Travel Desk
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodation, and local transport.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel coordination.
- Manage last-minute changes and ensure cost-effective planning.
- E-mail Review
- Review, filter, and prioritize incoming emails on behalf of the executive.
- Draft responses, highlight critical matters, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain proper tracking of action items and communications.
- Personal Activity Management
- Provide support in managing personal tasks and commitments of the executive.
- Coordinate personal appointments, events, and schedules alongside professional priorities.
- Ensure seamless alignment between personal and official engagements.
- Stakeholder Management
- Client Management
- Act as a point of contact for key clients and ensure professional communication.
- Support in maintaining strong and long-term client relationships.
- Networking
- Assist the executive in building and maintaining professional networks.
- Coordinate introductions, meetings, and follow-ups with key contacts.
- Events Management
- Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate participation, registrations, and logistics for such events.
- Track and manage post-event follow-ups and engagement.
- Inward Coordination
- Partners Engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners for smooth information flow.
- Ensure alignment on priorities, updates, and deliverables.
- Act as a bridge between the executive and internal stakeholders.
- Media Activity
- Social Media Management
- Manage and monitor the executive’s social media presence.
- Coordinate content posting in line with professional branding and visibility.
- Engage with relevant updates and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Print Media Coordination
- Coordinate with external agencies for interviews, articles, and media coverage.
- Support in drafting or reviewing content for publications.
- Track media visibility and maintain records of coverage.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Proactive approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively.
- 5–10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Trusted, ethical, and discreet in all dealings.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in supporting senior leadership is highly preferred.
