About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Air Freight Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Air Freight Documentation, Operations, and Sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end air freight activities and coordinating with customers, airlines, and internal teams efficiently.
Responsibilities
Handle complete Air Freight Operations for Import & Export shipments.
Prepare and verify all shipping documentation such as MAWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc.
Coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and customers for smooth shipment movement.
Ensure timely booking, cargo tracking, and delivery updates to clients.
Handle customer queries and provide operational support.
Generate new business opportunities and support Air Freight Sales activities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company SOPs.
Capable of independently handling shipments from booking till final delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Air Freight Operations.
Good knowledge of Air Freight Documentation and Customs procedures.
Exposure to Air Freight Sales / Business Development will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Knowledge of MS Office
Qualifications: Any Degree
Required Skills: 2-4 years' Experience in Air Freight Operations in any Freight Forwarding company
Preferred Skills: The candidate should have very good Communication skills, Positive Attitude and good Knowledge in Ms. Excel
