Job Summary
The Senior Admin Executive will lead and oversee corporate administrative and facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace. The role involves strategic planning, vendor governance, cost control, and close coordination with senior management to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end corporate administration and facilities management for the office.
- Handle front office activities including visitor management, calls, and correspondence.
- Develop, implement, and monitor admin policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Manage and evaluate vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, pantry, travel, and maintenance services.
- Control administrative budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost optimization.
- Oversee office infrastructure, space planning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure statutory, safety, and compliance requirements related to facilities are met.
- Support leadership with travel management, guest handling, and executive logistics.
- Drive employee workplace experience and resolve escalated admin-related issues.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and present updates to management
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Facility Management preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate administration or facilities management.
- Proven experience in leading admin teams and handling multiple vendors.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Budgeting, cost control, and compliance knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office and admin MIS systems.
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and complex operations.
