Role Description
The Senior Executive Accounts role is a full-time on-site position based in Calicut. The responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, reconciling financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with clients for financial reporting. This role also involves tasks such as budgeting, managing payroll processes, and providing support during audits. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain financial accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial accounting, and bookkeeping practices
- Sound knowledge of the Income Tax Act, GST procedures, statutory compliances, and payroll-related regulations
- Good understanding of Accounting Standards / GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Sage, and advanced Microsoft Excel functions
- Experience in preparation and analysis of MIS reports, financial reports, and management dashboards
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations and supervise day-to-day accounting activities
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
- Good team handling, supervisory, and communication skills
- CA Inter Qualified/CMA Inter Qualified/ M. Com
- 5+ Years of experience in Accounts & Finance
