Job Description
As the Social Media Expert, you will drive FYERS’ social media presence and organic community growth across platforms. The role focuses on building high-impact social media strategies that resonate with active traders and investors in India.
We are looking for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing within fintech, trading platforms, brokerages, or capital markets, who understand investor psychology, market conversations, and high-intent audiences.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with FYERS’ brand and business objectives.
- Manage and grow FYERS’ presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create and execute content-led social media campaigns tailored to traders and investors.
- Drive organic community growth, engagement, and share of voice within the trading and investing ecosystem.
- Monitor and actively participate in market-related conversations and trending topics to increase brand visibility.
- Plan and manage a structured content calendar aligned with market events, product launches, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with research, product, marketing, and design teams to produce high-value content for traders.
- Work with trading influencers, market educators, and creators to amplify reach and credibility.
- Track and optimize key social metrics such as engagement, follower growth, impressions, and community sentiment.
- Build performance dashboards and generate insights to continuously improve social media performance.
Core Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in Fintech, Trading Platforms, or Capital Markets.
- Someone currently working in a fintech or trading ecosystem who has experience scaling social media channels and communities.
- A social media native who understands platform dynamics, audience behavior, and emerging trends.
- Strong storytelling ability with a brand-first mindset.
- Comfortable getting hands-on with execution, operations, and analytics.
- Experience working with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading culture, and investor communities in India.
- Active investor or trader, with genuine interest in financial markets.
