Requirements Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Bangalore Department: Marcom - CRM Role Overview We are looking for a data-driven CRM Executive who can own end-to-end CRM campaigns from planning and execution to tracking and optimization. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Clevertap , strong in segmentation, cohort analysis , and capable of translating insights into high-impact user communication across lifecycle stages. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across channels such as push notifications, in-app messages, email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Build structured campaign calendars aligned to business goals (activation, engagement, retention, reactivation). Execute both BAU lifecycle journeys and ad-hoc campaigns (product launches, feature nudges, market events). Audience Segmentation & Targeting Create advanced user segments based on behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data
- Design cohorts to analyze user movement across funnels and lifecycle stages. Continuously refine targeting logic to improve relevance and conversion. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track campaign performance using metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions, drop-offs, retention uplift , etc. Conduct A/B testing on content, timing, frequency, and channels. Generate actionable insights from campaign data and user behavior trends. CRM Tool Ownership (CleverTap) Own day-to-day operations on CleverTap : campaign setup, journeys, segmentation, dashboards. Ensure correct event tracking, user properties, and data hygiene in collaboration with tech/product teams. Build and maintain lifecycle flows (onboarding, activation, dormancy, reactivation). Collaboration & Process Work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics, and Design teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Coordinate with content/design teams for copy and creatives. Document CRM learnings, best practices, and playbooks. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on CRM experience , preferably in fintech, consumer tech, e-commerce, or SaaS. Strong working knowledge of Clevertap (mandatory). Proven experience in: Campaign planning & execution User segmentation & cohort analysis CRM analytics & reporting Retention Framework Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving insights. Strong understanding of user lifecycle marketing
