We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Registry Management team, supporting share registry and investor servicing operations. The role involves handling end-to-end registry processes and ensuring smooth execution of capital market activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage equity share registry operations and maintain investor records
• Handle IPO allotment, post-issue activities, and related documentation
• Process share transfers, transmission, and dematerialization requests
• Coordinate RTA-related operations and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• B.Com / Commerce Graduate (CS Inter preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in Registry, RTA, or Capital Market operations
• Strong knowledge of demat processes and share handling
