Job Title: Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition & Administration
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition & Administration to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing recruitment with administrative responsibilities, and has a passion for building strong teams and smooth workplace operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level roles
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants
- Conduct HR screening and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback
- Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding
- Maintain ATS data and recruitment reports (TAT, closures, pipeline)
- Partner with recruitment vendors and consultants
- Support campus hiring drives (MBA HR & other roles)
Administration (30%)
- Oversee day-to-day office administration activities
- Coordinate with vendors for facilities, housekeeping, and office supplies
- Manage travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and logistics
- Maintain office records, assets, and documentation
- Support employee engagement activities and events
- Ensure smooth workplace operations
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in HR / Graduate with relevant experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Administration
- Strong recruitment and coordination background
- Exposure to vendor management and administration
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
