About the Role
Hirexa Solutions is hiring a Senior Executive – Recruitment for a client requirement in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
✅ Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
✅ Manage candidate communication, interview follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
✅ Achieve recruitment targets and maintain hiring reports.
Requirements:
🔹 2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
🔹 Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
🔹 RPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
🔹 Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
