Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive – Human Resources, based in Chengalpattu. In this role, the candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and provide support in workforce planning. The candidate will also oversee compliance with labor laws, assist in organizational development activities, and ensure that HR policies and practices align with company standards. Additionally, the role involves managing employee onboarding, documentation, training, and development programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations
- Competence in employee engagement, performance evaluation, and organizational development
- Proficiency in documentation processes and administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
