Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive – Human Resources, located in Kunkavav Vadia. The Senior Executive will manage HR operations, implement HR policies, handle employee relations, and support overall HR management functions. They will take an active role in ensuring workplace compliance, employee satisfaction, and smooth execution of HR activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR Management and comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
- Proficiency in day-to-day HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment at Kunkavav Vadia
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a human resources role
