Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR Recruiter to drive timely and quality hiring for our facility management operations. This role is critical in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill manpower requirements across site and corporate roles within defined timelines
- Source and attract quality candidates through multiple channels
- Improve offer-to-join ratios and early retention
- Manage recruitment MIS, reports, and compliance
- Achieve a minimum of 20 successful closures monthly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Facility Management/engineering industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of bulk hiring, manpower planning, wage structures, and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage urgent hiring needs
