About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and system-savvy HR professional who can lead HR digitization, people analytics, and compensation & benefits operations in a high-growth startup environment. The role requires hands-on ownership of HR systems, dashboards, payroll data, and compensation processes, while driving automation and data-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
HR Digitization & Systems
- Own end-to-end administration of HRMS, payroll, attendance, performance management systems and other HR Modules
- Lead HR digital transformation initiatives including automation of workflows and elimination of manual processes.
- Configure HR workflows, forms, approval matrices, and user roles in HR systems.
- Drive system integrations with payroll, finance, biometric, and productivity tools.
- Conduct UAT, manage upgrades, and ensure system stability.
HR Analytics & Dashboards
- Build and manage real-time HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring funnel, absenteeism, productivity, and cost metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify people trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support leadership with weekly/monthly MIS, CEO dashboards, and board-level people metrics.
- Design predictive analytics models (attrition risk, workforce planning, performance trends).
Compensation & Benefits
- Lead salary structuring, offer fitments, and internal parity analysis.
- Manage compensation benchmarking using industry surveys and market intelligence.
- Support annual compensation reviews, performance-linked pay, and incentive frameworks.
- Ensure end-to-end payroll accuracy, audits, and compliance alignment.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and Business Heads for data-backed decisions.
- Act as a single point of contact for HRMS, analytics and reward-related requirements.
- Drive training and adoption of HR systems across teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
6–8 years (preferred experience in high-growth startups / new-age organizations)
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in HRMS platforms (Zoho People, Keka , Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, GreytHR or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, Power Query, Pivot Tables, dashboards).
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar analytics tools.
- Experience in payroll operations, audits, and reconciliations.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in high-growth startups, D2C, EV tech, e-commerce, quick-commerce, or manufacturing startups.
- Exposure to ESOPs, variable pay frameworks, and sales incentive models is a plus.
Education
Master’s degree in HR / MBA-HR / Business Analytics / Operations preferred.
