Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive – GeM (OEM), located in Manesar. Responsibilities include managing operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform, ensuring timely product listings, handling inquiries, and coordinating with stakeholders to process orders efficiently. The role also involves maintaining compliance with GeM policies and assisting in business development by identifying and developing opportunities on the platform.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in GeM portal operations, including product listing, bid participation, and contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in GeM or OEM is a strong advantage.
- Experience in vendor registration, catalog management, and maintaining compliance with government regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills for efficient order processing and documentation.
- Knowledge of OEM practices and experience in liaising with government agencies and departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
