As part of our expansion, we are growing our conferences, webinars, industry events, and digital marketing solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional who can contribute to revenue growth across conferences, sponsorships, delegate generation, print advertising, and digital media sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sponsorship revenue for conferences, webinars, roundtables, and industry events by identifying and approaching potential sponsors across relevant industries
- Drive delegate registrations and participation for conferences and business events through outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Generate advertising revenues for print magazines, websites, newsletters, email campaigns, sponsored content, and other digital offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, agencies, vendors, and corporate decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, networking, and industry databases
- Coordinate with internal editorial, marketing, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns and event deliverables
- Prepare proposals, sponsorship decks, media plans, presentations, and commercial discussions with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business
Desired Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in media sales, conference sales, event sponsorship sales, advertising sales, or business development
- Excellent written and spoken English communications skills.
- Being a Science graduate is an advantage; however, candidates with good communication skills, a quick learner with a sales aptitude can also apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior corporate professionals and decision-makers
- Self-driven, confident, proactive, and target-oriented
- Experience in B2B sectors such as chemicals, pharma, healthcare, industrial, engineering, or related industries will be an advantage
