Requirements –
- Proficiency in Tally Accounting and Winman Software
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax and TDS provisions
- 2–4 years of experience in Direct Tax
- Experience working with a CA firm (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in ITR filing and responding to tax notices
- Ability to manage compliance timelines and client coordination
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
About the Role –
As a Senior Executive, you will handle end-to-end direct tax assignments, including ITR filings, TDS compliance, and responding to tax notices. The role requires hands-on experience with tax software, strong knowledge of income tax laws, and the ability to manage client deliverables independently.
Responsibilities –
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies
- Manage TDS compliance, including returns, reconciliation, and related filings
- Draft and submit responses to income tax notices and queries
- Handle direct tax assessments and follow-ups with authorities
- Work extensively on Winman and Tally for tax computations and reporting
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and updates
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements
- Assist in tax planning and advisory support, where required
