About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – APAC Region to drive business growth across Asia-Pacific markets. The role will focus on new client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and building strategic relationships with decision-makers across the APAC technology ecosystem.
This role requires strong consultative selling skills and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver customized B2B marketing and growth solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across APAC markets (Singapore, Australia, Southeast Asia, etc.)
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and marketing leaders
- Design and pitch customized B2B marketing and growth solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Represent SOUKMEDIA in client calls, demos, and negotiations
- Contribute to strengthening sales strategies, frameworks, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in international B2B sales or business development
- Experience selling marketing services, digital solutions, IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology solutions
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close mid-to-large deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and inside sales processes
