Role Overview:
This role focuses on strengthening relationships with SBI branches, enhancing customer experience, and driving premium card sourcing and merchant partnerships in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build local merchant tie-ups to increase card spends and visibility
• Source HNI/VIP customers from SBI branches for premium card offerings
• Drive activation and usage of cards through customer engagement
• Provide priority servicing to important customers and resolve card-related issues
• Support branch teams to enhance the overall customer experience
• Create marketing opportunities with merchants, malls, and local vendors
