Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive / Senior Executive for B2B, Export, and Bulk Sales in the agrochemical industry. The candidate will be responsible for business development, institutional sales, export coordination, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets for agrochemical products including pesticides, fertilizers, intermediates, technicals, and formulations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop new B2B, Export, and Bulk business opportunities.
Manage institutional buyers, distributors, formulators, and bulk customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Handle price negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization.
Generate leads and expand domestic and international customer base.
Customer & Market Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing patterns.
Coordinate with production, logistics, QA/QC, SCM, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Export & Documentation
Handle export documentation and shipment coordination.
Knowledge of Incoterms, LC, DA/DP, Advance payments, and export procedures.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain MIS reports, CRM updates, forecasts, and sales data.
Ensure timely collection follow-ups and credit control.
Follow company policies, EHS norms, and statutory compliance.
Candidate Profile
Experience
2 to 3 years of experience in B2B / Institutional / Bulk / Export Sales.
Mandatory experience in Agrochemicals / Pesticides / Fertilizers / Chemicals / Life Sciences industry.
Education
Science Graduate
MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred
Required Skills
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Good understanding of agrochemical products and markets
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Commercial and business acumen
Target-oriented and process-driven mindset
Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits
