Geojit Technologies is looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to join our team as Senior Executive – Admin & Operations. This role will primarily focus on managing end-to-end Administration, Facilities, Vendor Coordination, Office Operations, and HR Operations Support in a corporate environment.

✔ Office Administration & Facility Management
✔ Vendor Coordination & Invoice Processing
✔ Travel, Accommodation & Guest Management
✔ Office Infrastructure, Security & Housekeeping Coordination
✔ Parking, Access Cards & ID Card Management
✔ Consumables, Purchases & General Office Operations
✔ Coordination with External Bodies / Authorities
✔ Employee Support & Engagement Activities
✔ HR Operations & Administrative Coordination
✔ Recruitment Support & Onboarding Coordination
✔ Employee Documentation & HRMS Support
✔ Compliance & Administrative Documentation
What We Are Looking for:
✔ 3–6 years of experience in Administration / Operations / HR Support roles
✔ Strong coordination and vendor management skills
✔ Exposure to HR Operations and employee coordination activities
✔ Ability to manage multiple operational activities independently
✔ Good communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience in Corporate / IT environment preferred
✔ Exposure to statutory compliance activities will be an added advantage
