Job Title: Senior Exam Coordinator

Role Overview
The Senior Exam Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all examination-related activities, ensuring smooth conduct of assessments and compliance with academic standards. The role requires strong coordination with faculty, academic teams, and administration to ensure timely and error-free execution of examination processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Examination Planning & Scheduling
· Prepare and manage examination schedules (mid-term, end-term, internal assessments)
· Coordinate with academic teams for exam timelines and subject coverage
· Ensure timely communication of exam schedules to students and faculty
2. Examination Execution
· Oversee the smooth conduct of examinations (offline/online)
· Arrange invigilation duties and examination halls
· Ensure adherence to examination protocols and discipline
3. Paper Setting & Coordination
· Coordinate with faculty for timely submission of question papers
· Ensure proper formatting, moderation, and confidentiality of question papers
· Manage secure printing and distribution of exam papers
4. Evaluation Process Management
· Track and ensure timely evaluation of answer sheets by faculty
· Follow up on pending evaluations and maintain evaluation timelines
· Compile and verify marks before result processing
5. Results & Records Management
· Prepare and publish results in coordination with academic teams
· Maintain accurate records of marks, attendance, and examination data
· Handle discrepancies, re-evaluation requests, and student queries
6. Compliance & Documentation
· Maintain all examination-related records for audits and accreditation (NIRF, AICTE, NBA, etc.)
· Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory examination norms
· Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits
7. Coordination & Communication
· Act as a central point of contact between faculty, students, and administration for exam-related matters
· Communicate guidelines, instructions, and updates clearly
· Resolve operational issues during exams effectively
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong organizational and coordination skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage timelines and handle pressure during exam cycles
· Good communication and stakeholder management
· Familiarity with exam management systems/software (preferred)
Preferred Background
· Prior experience in PGDM institutes or B-Schools is mandatory
· Experience in handling end-to-end examination processes
· Exposure to accreditation and audit requirements
