Role Description
This full-time, off-site role based in Pune City requires a Senior Estimation Engineer to lead project estimation activities. Responsibilities include creating detailed BOQs, conducting thorough project cost estimations, performing research to ensure accuracy, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine costing strategies. The Senior Estimation Engineer will play a critical role in delivering accurate and actionable insights to achieve project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and expertise in Project Estimation
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices
- Effective Negotiation skills to coordinate and communicate with stakeholders professionally
- Research skills to ensure data accuracy and informed decision-making
- Familiarity with industry-standard estimation software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in cost estimation for real estate or construction projects is preferred
