Overview
We are seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead full lifecycle ERP implementations within a fast-paced professional services environment.
This individual will manage multiple concurrent client engagements and ensure delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on ERP implementation experience from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
This is a highly client-facing role requiring a proactive, self-directed leader who can manage expectations, control scope, and drive strong project governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementations from initiation through go-live and stabilization
- Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource planning
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with shared resources
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Drive discovery and planning to define requirements and scope boundaries
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across delivery and technical groups
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and utilization to ensure profitable delivery
- Manage scope changes and change requests professionally
- Serve as primary client contact and provide regular project updates
- Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and milestone sign-offs
- Ensure client readiness for testing, training, and go-live
- Track project progress in internal systems and escalate risks as needed
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of ERP phases including discovery, data migration, testing, and deployment
- Experience with Certinia within Salesforce for project tracking
- Experience managing fixed-fee and time-and-materials projects
- Strong financial and budget management skills
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred
- Industry experience in equipment, manufacturing, distribution, or food & beverage
- Experience working with global teams
- Ability to support East Coast hours
