Role Overview
We are looking for high-performing enterprise sales professionals with 10–15 years of experience in
technology sales, specifically within cloud, infrastructure, enterprise software, or managed
services. This role requires someone who can build strong enterprise relationships, drive
consultative sales conversations, manage large and complex deals, and work closely with senior
leadership to shape Flywl’s GTM strategy.
Location: Bangalore (India-based with partial US overlap)
Experience: 10–15 years minimum

Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers, CXOs, procurement
teams, and technology leaders.
• Identify opportunities across cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, managed
services, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Own revenue targets and consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Develop account strategies for large enterprise accounts and expand wallet share.Senior Enterprise Sales Manager
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, partnerships, and leadership teams to create tailored
solutions for customers.
• Lead commercial negotiations, proposal management, and contract discussions.
• Build a strong pipeline through networking, partnerships, referrals, and outbound
initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, hyperscaler ecosystems, and enterprise technology
buying patterns.
• Represent Flywl in customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 10–15 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Strong background in cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, enterprise IT, or managed services sales.
• Prior experience with hyperscalers or large enterprise technology organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, infrastructure services, licensing,
or enterprise procurement processes.
• Experience managing high-value enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Existing networks within enterprise technology buyers is a strong advantage.
