Job Profile: Senior Enterprise Sales Hunter
Role Summary
We are seeking a "True Hunter" with a proven track record of acquiring new logos within the Global Fortune 500 and Tier-1 tech enterprises. You will not inherit a book of business; instead, you will build it from scratch by identifying whitespace opportunities and positioning our demand generation and marketing solutions to C-suite stakeholders (CMO, CRO, CGO, CSO).
Key Responsibilities
- New Logo Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from proactive outbound prospecting to commercial negotiation and final closure.
- Global Market Expansion: Execute territory plans targeting large enterprises across North America and EMEA adapting messaging to regional market nuances.
- CXO Engagement: Conduct consultative, value-driven conversations with C-level executives to align our demand gen solutions with their overarching business goals.
- Strategic Account Mapping: Navigate complex organizational hierarchies to build consensus among multiple stakeholders.
- Pipeline Engineering: Maintain a self-generated, healthy pipeline that is 3-4x your annual quota, utilizing intent data and advanced sales intelligence.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in SaaS, MarTech, or Digital Marketing Services, with a focus on enterprise-level hunting.
- Global Track Record: Proven success closing high-ticket deals ($500k+ TCV) in international markets.
- Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency in the MarTech stack, including Salesforce or HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent platforms.
- Sales Frameworks: Mastery of consultative selling methodologies for strategic alignment with enterprise clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
