We are looking for experienced, confident, and travel-ready Senior Java Technical Trainers (8–12 years experience) to deliver a comprehensive enterprise-level Java program covering foundational through advanced engineering practices.
This is a high-visibility engagement requiring strong depth in Java, enterprise application development, and modern engineering workflows. Trainers who demonstrate strong delivery impact and participant engagement will have opportunities for long-term association across extended enterprise programs.

-> Deliver instructor-led classroom training at client locations (Pan-India travel required)
-> Conduct hands-on coding labs and live demonstrations
-> Mentor participants through structured assessments
-> Adapt delivery based on learner proficiency
-> Ensure engagement, learning outcomes, and feedback quality
-> Coordinate with Smart2Deploy’s content & delivery team
-> Represent Smart2Deploy professionally at enterprise sites
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
-> 8–12 years of corporate training experience in Java technologies
-> Strong command over Core & Advanced Java
-> Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot
-> Experience delivering enterprise-level technical programs
-> Strong coding & debugging capability
-> Excellent communication & facilitation skills
-> Willingness to travel across India
-> Immediate or short notice availability preferred
