About the Role
We are looking for a senior-level Enterprise Architecture Expert to establish and lead a newly created enterprise architecture capability within our global organization. This role is a high‑visibility, individual contributor position requiring strong strategic thinking, independent judgment, and the ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership levels.
The ideal candidate is a true enterprise architect (NOT just solution, infrastructure, product, or technical architecture) but with a proven ability to translate vision into enterprise‑wide architectural strategies, frameworks, and execution roadmaps.
What You Will Do
âś… Define and evolve enterprise-wide architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains
✅ Develop future‑state architecture, capability models, principles, and standards
âś… Lead enterprise architecture governance processes and architectural assessments
✅ Build and communicate clear architectural strategies to C‑level and global stakeholders
âś… Drive architecture maturity, harmonization, and modernization across teams and geographies
âś… Facilitate workshops, trainings, and strategic alignment forums
What You Bring
✨ 12–15+ years of hands-on Enterprise Architecture experience (EA frameworks, capability modeling, target‑state definition, governance)
✨ Proven ability to influence decision-making at senior leadership levels
✨ Strong strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives without direct authority
✨ Outstanding communication skills — presentations, workshops, storytelling, executive briefings
✨ English proficiency C1–C2
✨ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
✨ TOGAF / ArchiMate / Cloud architecture certifications are a plus
