Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development professional to manage and grow Enterprise Accounts. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and handling end-to-end sales cycles.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B enterprise sales, client acquisition, account management, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across target industries.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
-Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
-Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions/services.
-Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for enterprise clients.
-Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
-Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
-3+ years of experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management.
-Strong understanding of B2B sales and enterprise customer handling.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Experience dealing with CXO, Founder, Director, or Senior Management stakeholders.
-Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
-Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
-Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems is preferred.
