Role Description
The Senior Enterprise Manager is a pure hunting job and he/she will have to work in large enterprise accounts and ensure the successful closure of tailored made solutions to clients. Responsibilities include hunting for new logos, strategizing business growth, managing key client accounts, engaging with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable results aligned with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strategic thinking, business development, and an excellent hunter with zeal to excel.
- Excellent relationship at CXO'S level. Should be able to close large deals on his own.
- Experience in managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, market trends, and formulating business strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication. skills, including stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
