This is a remote position.
The English Senior Tutor at SEHYOG Academy is responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction across the UK curriculum (Key Stage 2 to A-Levels), including English Grammar, Creative Writing, English Language, English Literature etc. The role combines teaching excellence with academic leadership, involving mentoring junior tutors, monitoring student progress, developing curriculum-aligned resources, and maintaining strong communication with parents. The ideal candidate has extensive UK curriculum teaching experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to academic excellence.
Requirements
- Strong command of English Language, Literature, and Creative Writing.
- Proven experience teaching GCSE and other UK curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior tutors.
