This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring comprehensive incident documentation and follow-through.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in production operations while working alongside experienced Senior Recovery Managers. Through our shadow/reverse-shadow training model, you will develop the skills needed to command major incidents and drive organizational resilience.

- Collaborate with domain teams to develop and refine playbooks for common incident scenarios
- Participate in mock drills and training exercises to build response capabilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation based on recurring incident patterns, using AI tools to surface trends

- Develop command and control skills through progressively complex incident scenarios with coaching and feedback
- Build technical depth across infrastructure, cloud, and application layers
