Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Engineering Manager - Enterprise Platforms. Based in Pune City, the role offers flexibility with some work-from-home options. The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee engineering teams, ensure seamless software development and integration, manage projects, and devise strategies to drive innovation. Responsibilities encompass team leadership, fostering collaboration, streamlining processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality enterprise platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum exp of 15 years
- Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, including mentoring and team development.
- Deep understanding of Software Development methodologies, best practices, and modern architectures.
- Strong skills in Project Management and Integration to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge enterprise platform technologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in building scalable enterprise platforms is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
