Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineering Manager, located in Mohpa. The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, manage engineering teams, and provide strategic direction to ensure timely completion of technical objectives. Responsibilities include supervising technical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across engineering operations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency, solve complex challenges, and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in engineering management, project planning, resource allocation, and cross-team collaboration
- Strong expertise in technical design, compliance with industry standards, and overseeing high-quality deliverables
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing large-scale projects
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor diverse engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
- Experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus
