Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Engineer - Solar O&M, based in Mengio. The Senior Engineer will oversee solar operations and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance of solar power systems. Responsibilities include designing PV and electrical systems, conducting system inspections, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Additionally, the role includes providing technical guidance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to energy efficiency strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in the Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems
- Advanced expertise in PV Design and Electrical Design
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues with solar systems
- Proficiency in maintenance methodologies and safety practices related to solar energy
- Project management skills and a commitment to delivering results on time
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
