ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Saviynt Implementation Senior Engineer with 4–6 years of overall experience and
strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt implementations. The ideal candidate should have practical
experience in configuring, customizing, deploying, and supporting Saviynt Identity Governance and
Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise environments. This role is best suited for a junior
experienced professional who has worked on Saviynt delivery engagements, understands IAM
concepts well, and is capable of contributing independently to implementation, integration, and
operational support activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Saviynt Implementation & Configuration
● Configure and deploy Saviynt IGA modules across enterprise environments.
● Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver, RBAC, access requests, certifications, and SoD controls.
● Build applications, roles, entitlements, workflows, and provisioning processes.
● Configure jobs, analytics, reports, email templates, and platform rules.
Integration & Technical Development
● Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, cloud platforms, and
enterprise applications.
● Develop and support REST APIs, JDBC connectors, file-based integrations, and provisioning
workflows.
● Customize platform configurations, queries, workflows, and automation components.
● Troubleshoot connector, reconciliation, provisioning, and synchronization issues.
Testing & Operational Support
● Execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment validation activities.
● Support production releases, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.
● Monitor scheduled jobs and resolve operational issues proactively.
● Perform root cause analysis and ensure platform reliability.
Documentation & Collaboration
● Develop deployment guides, SOPs, configuration documentation, and operational runbooks.
● Partner with IAM architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.
● Translate business requirements into scalable Saviynt configurations.
● Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements across IAM programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related
discipline.
● 4–6 years of overall IT experience with strong Saviynt implementation expertise.
● Hands-on experience delivering enterprise Saviynt implementation or enhancement projects.
● Strong understanding of IAM and Identity Governance principles.
● Experience working within enterprise-scale security and identity programs.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with global delivery teams.
