Your activities
- Conduct real-time inspections during different stages of manufacturing to ensure compliance with
- quality standards, specifications, and procedures,
- Detect and report defects or non-conformities in products or processes, and work with production
- teams to address and resolve these issues immediately
- Develop and execute quality control plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists to
- ensure consistent inspection and adherence to quality standards
- Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for
- improvement.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain detailed inspection records, generate quality reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders
- on quality performance and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all quality processes comply with industry standards, ISO 9001 & customer requirements
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality process and manufacturing process inspection
- with the relevant manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using quality tools such as FMEA, RCA, etc
