Role Description
As a full-time Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance (Plastic Manufacturing and Packaging Development) at Tupperware India, you will oversee quality assurance processes and play a pivotal role in sustaining manufacturing excellence. This on-site position is based in Dehradun and involves performing quality assessments, conducting manual testing, developing test cases, and ensuring compliance with established standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure that all products meet the company's high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Quality Control (SQC & FQC) and Packaging Development in Plastic Manufacturing Factory Set-up.
- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Packaging Development and Manual Testing
- Ability to design, document, and execute detailed Test Cases
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and best practices in manufacturing quality assurance
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Understanding of plastic manufacturing and packaging development best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in a related role, preferably in the plastic manufacturing or packaging sector
