Role Description
This full-time Senior Engineer - QS & Estimation role is based on-site at our Gurugram & Bangalore location. The individual will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, conducting quantity surveying, and managing budgets for corporate interior fit-out projects. Key responsibilities include preparing tender documents, managing vendor negotiations, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with design, procurement, and project management teams will be critical to ensure accuracy and deliver optimal value to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Cost Control
- Strong knowledge of tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract documentation
- Experience with reputed interior contracting firms / design & build companies preferred
- Must have handled corporate interior fit-out projects end-to-end in estimation
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and financial management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
