Qualification :
• Strong experience in CNC / VMC machining operations
• Preferably from Aerospace or Precision Manufacturing industry
• Ability to read and review engineering drawings, process sheets, and tooling requirements
• Good understanding of machining productivity, cycle time improvement, and quality standards
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage shop floor teams
• Experience in production planning, process monitoring, and continuous improvement activities
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Role Description :
• Plan, execute, and monitor CNC/VMC machining production activities
• Achieve production targets related to delivery, quality, productivity, and cost
• Review engineering drawings, process sheets, tooling, and machining sequences
• Optimize machining processes and improve machine utilization & cycle time
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection rates
• Identify production issues and implement corrective & preventive actions
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth production flow
• Support internal/external audits and continuous improvement activities
• Guide, train, and develop shop floor operators and team members
