Job Title – Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Process Engineering)

Qualification - B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience - 4 - 5 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Process Engineering to support the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. The ideal candidate should have experience in AutoCAD, tooling development, process validation, and manufacturing process improvement while working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop jigs, fixtures, gauges, and manufacturing tools using AutoCAD.
• Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Validate newly developed tools, fixtures, and gauges before production implementation.
• Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) related to tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot tooling and process-related issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Support new product development by designing suitable manufacturing tooling.
• Work on low-cost automation projects to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth implementation of new tooling and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain tooling drawings, technical documents, and process records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Job Specifications:
• Experience in tooling design and manufacturing process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of jig, fixture, and gauge design.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and process validation.
• Knowledge of Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and engineering documentation.
• Exposure to low-cost automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
