Role Description
The Senior Engineer - PPC & Production will oversee production planning, scheduling, and quality assurance to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Howrah. The responsibilities include optimizing production processes, coordinating team activities, implementing production plans, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to identify and solve operational challenges
- Experience in Quality Control and maintaining adherence to operational standards
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Proficiency in team leadership, time management, and process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain industries, especially in PPC (Production Planning and Control), is highly advantageous
