Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mentor, develop, and manage a team of cloud networking engineers while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the Multi-Cloud Networking Platform remains highly available, reliable, and secure by overseeing incident management and operational issue resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor platform health, performance, and compliance.
- Guide the team in designing and implementing cloud networking solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Aviatrix environments.
- Ensure strong cloud and network security practices, including segmentation and firewall policy automation.
- Promote automation through Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines to enable infrastructure as code (IaC) adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
- Lead change management activities, including cut-over planning and execution.
- Manage operations and team coordination across multiple global time zones.
- Oversee ServiceNow ticket queues and ensure timely resolution while maintaining SLA compliance.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in cloud networking across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience in managing and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as GitHub.
- Strong understanding of network security, segmentation, and firewall management.
- Experience working with multi-cloud networking platforms and solutions such as Aviatrix.
- Ability to lead technical teams and drive operational excellence.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
