Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Engineer Lead with expertise in ReactJS for a full-time, on-site position located in Pune Division. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, design and develop scalable web applications, and ensure high performance across user interfaces. You will write clean and efficient code, review and debug team contributions, and stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into functional solutions while implementing best practices for coding and deployment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with hands-on experience in developing dynamic and responsive web applications.
- Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Mobx) and component-based architecture patterns.
- Experience with front-end build tools and processes such as Webpack, Babel, and Node.js.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with an ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leadership qualities, including mentoring junior developers and fostering team collaboration.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to work closely with design teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
